The hotel property was functional with good location really close to the centre of Shanklin, the hill top, and the beach and town centre. The staff was very helpful and made me feel at home. The breakfast was lovely and offered plenty of options.

All in all everything was perfect, had a comfortable stay for a more modern location closer to restaurants and pubs for our next visit. The staff was really polite all day long. The restaurant was very pleasant for lunch and dinner here, we had amazing dishes. We truly enjoyed both wake-up service and very comfy bed.

Didn't like when it was rainy outside, went to Mr T's Pizza Shed to relax and grab some food. I appreciated the stay.
